• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• Mobile number and email verification provided at registration are mandatory.
• Your account password is strictly personal — sharing it with any third party is prohibited.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification increases your withdrawal limit.

05. Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

07. Betting & Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently audited.
• Bets placed on Sports Betting can be changed or cancelled at any time before the match begins.
• 6622bat is not liable for server lag or connection issues during live betting.
• Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or postponed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• Placing bets on the same match from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

Either the user or 6622bat may close an account. The conditions for both cases are outlined below.

• You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• After an account is closed, a minimum waiting period of 30 days is required before it can be reopened.

Account Closure Initiated by 6622bat

• Accounts may be closed without prior notice for violations of the Terms & Conditions.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity will result in account termination along with forfeiture of the balance.
• If an account is closed for standard reasons, the remaining balance will be refunded.

12. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please reach out to 6622bat's support team in the first instance. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• When submitting a complaint, you must provide your account ID, transaction details, and a description of the issue.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to a higher authority.
• Server logs are considered final evidence in the event of a betting dispute.
• 6622bat's decisions are final and binding on all parties.

13. Terms Changes & Updates

6622bat reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to any changes in the terms, you have the option to close your account.
